The Investment Committee is comprised of Craig K. Huffman, John A. Puntillo, Larry H. Freed and Stephen R. Quazzo.

Larry H. Freed, President of Joseph Freed and Associates LLC. Joseph Freed and Associates is a national full-service real estate company, engaged in retail, residential, office, restaurant, mixed-use, and urban infill development and management. Mr. Freed is a member of the advisory board of First Midwest Bank of Deerfield, and serves on the boards of City Year Chicago and Chicago Youth Success Foundation.

Stephen R. Quazzo, co-founder, CEO, and Managing Principal of Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. Pearlmark Real Estate Partners is a real estate investment firm that acquires office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties through various capital funds. Mr. Quazzo is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, a Director of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, a Trustee of The Latin School of Chicago, a Chicago Advisory Board member of City Year Chicago, and a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
